Are you a veteran with PTSD? Help may be on the way.

If you are a veterans suffering from PTSD good news may be coming to your mailbox soon.  A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of over 4,000 veterans.  The large lawsuit expands upon an original suit filed on behalf of seven veterans who were suffering from PTSD but were denied a rating that would allow them to receive long-term VA disability benefits.

The outlook is good for the thousands of veterans eligiable for the suit.  The Defense Department has agreed to expidate the claims of veterans who respond to the notices.  If accepted, a correction will be make to their military records and they will begin receiving benefits for six months or until a further review and resolution is made.

If you belive that your PTSD has not been validated by the VA there is something you can do.  Please contact your Ft. Lauderdale veterans' disability attorneys at LaVan & Neidenberg today for your free consultation.

The VA has me seeing a PTSD doc every month and it is documented that I suffer from a bad case of PTSD. I'm a single parent of two little girls and even though I'm getting 100% service conected disability from the VA, it is not enouph. I was denied ssi. They said I missed a fallow up apointment but I never receved a letter telling me that apointment. Can you help?
