Breast Cancer Risk May Be Reduced by Drinking at Least 5 Cups of Coffee Daily

However, these recent findings are a bit surprising as they say if a minimum of 5 cups of coffee is consumed daily, it could reduce an aggressive form of breast cancer, ER-negative breast cancer, by 57% in comparison to those women who drink just 1 cup daily. 

The specifics of these findings are still unclear, such as the type of coffee, along with other factors that need to be taken into consideration. Experts will continue to study this, now looking at the chemical found in the coffee that could lead to such a reduction in breast cancer.
