



Almost everyone could stand to lose a few pounds, tighten those abs or work off holiday feasts. Even though losing weight is on the top of most New Year's resolutions, it is one that often falls to the way side. Why? Maybe because most people focus on losing weight and looking great in skinny jeans. Experts believe that if the focus fell on health and longevity more people would see their weight loss goals achieved by next New Years Eve.
