One person CAN make a difference...

So many of us would like to make a difference in this world or fight for a cause we believe in, but so little of us actually put in the work or take a stand. Why is that?

Why is it easier for some people to give themselves completely all in the name of a cause? Such is the case with a San Francisco man named, Fernando Castillo.

Fernando has devoted 20 years of his life to raising awareness of the AIDS epidemic and offering tireless hours of support to the AIDS patients of his community. He has been described as "selfless", "compassionate," "a quiet leader," and "an unsung hero".
