PTSD - Raising awareness and erasing the stigma...

With the rate of psychological injuries and suicide on the rise in our military service members, our armed forces are slowly, but surely starting to take action.

The Marine Corps recently stepped up their fight against post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Their efforts include: military one source - a 24/7 hotline, a pocket PTSD guide for military commanders, and a "coming home comic book" for troops and their families. 

The Marines have even embraced an alternative approach to combating stress by offering free yoga and mediation classes.
