VA Clinics in Brunswick and Hinesville Georgia Back on Track

In a recent trip to Georgia U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson gave his word that VA clinics in both Brunswick and Hinesville will open sooner rather than later.   The clinics are scheduled to open in 2010 and 2011, respectively.

Ground has already been broken on the clinics but the projects were put on hold when their scope was increased.  The delay could be seen as a good thing as the clinics will now include mental heath services.  Suicide among military personnel has risen dramatically over the past year.   

If you are a veteran and a resident of Brunswick,  Hinesville or the surrounding areas, the news is good.  The clinics will save thousands of veterans a long drive to receive routine care.
