If you are looking for a job the Georgia Department of Labor's Augusta Career Center will be sponsoring a veteran-focused job fair on Tuesday, May 4th.
The job fair will be held at Fort Gordon and will feature more than 50 employers. Aside from potential employers the fair will include educational institutions and resource agencies to assist job seekers. Those seeking jobs will be able to speak with the following businesses. This is a partial list intended as a sample of potential employers.
Though the job fair is veteran-focused anyone seeking a job can attend. Potential employees should come to the event prepared to interview for a position as many of the businesses will be ready to interview potential employees.
The event will be held in the Army Reserve Center Building 14401 at Fort Gordon. The fair will run from 10:30 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. and all job seekers are welcome.
