How can I apply to receive a VA clothing allowance?

To be eligible to receive a clothing allowance from the VA the veteran must meet the following criteria:

Have a service-connected disability that requires the use of prosthetic or orthopedic appliances
Have a service-connected skin condition that requires the use of prescribed medication that irreparably damages outer garments
