You may be eligible to receive a one-time payment of $11,000 from the VA toward the purchase of an automobile or other conveyance if you're a veteran with a service-connected injury that meets the following criteria:
You lost or permanently lost the use of one or both of your hands and/or feet
Your vision is permanently impaired to a certain degree in both eyes
You lost mobility of one or both knees or one or both hips
