7. The claimant has not developed any new impairment or impairments since attaining age 18.

8. Since attaining age 18, the claimant has continued to have a severe impairment or combination of impairments (20 CFR 416.920(c).

The claimant's impairment causes significant limitation in his ability to perform basic work activities.

9. Since attaining age 18, the claimant has not had an impairment or combination of impairments that meets or medically equals one of the listed impairments in 20 CFR Part 404, Subpart P, Appendix 1 (20 CFR 416.920(d)).

10. After careful consideration of the entire record, the undersigned finds that, since April 2, 2007, and since attaining age 18, the claimant has had the residual functional capacity (RFC) to perform sedentary work as defined in 20 CFR 404.1567(a) and 416.967(a) except that claimant experiences sudden uncontrollable muscle tremors (shaking) that prevent him from being able to use his arms or legs.

Sedentary work is limited to lifting no more that 10 pounds at one time, or occasionally carrying small items such as files or small tools, for no longer than a total of 2 hours in any workday. Sedentary work primarily involves sitting for approximately 6 hours in an 8-hour workday, although standing for a total of 2 hours in an 8-hour work day is often necessary, and some walking and standing may be required. However, the claimant does not have the capability to perform even these work-related activities for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, on a regular and sustained basis because his capacity for a full range of sedentary work is further diminished due to the possibility of a sudden onset of body tremors that prevent him from being able to use his hands or legs. These tremors may occur up to 10 times per day, and have lasted for as long as 25 minutes. If claimant were carrying a heavy load or a sharp object, he could have an accident and injure himself or someone else.

In making this finding, the undersigned has considered the claimant's statements concerning the intensity, persistence and limiting effects of his symptoms and found them generally credible for the reasons set forth above.
