Workforce Alliance is a private non-profit that helps match employers with potential employees- all within Palm Beach County. Florida business owners can find a wealth of candidates for nearly any job they are listing. Employers using the services Workforce Alliance provides can access any of the following resources:

• Services to businesses- Workforce Alliance offers a variety of services to help companies. Services, many of them free, include nationwide job postings, recruitment assistance, hiring consultation and access to professional and executive-level job seekers.
